Returns and right of withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

A consumer, and an entrepreneur acting as a consumer, may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), takes possession of the product. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the period expires.

2. How to return — step by step

1. Notify us of your withdrawal — by email at kontakt@mmgold.pl or by phone at +48 787 787 777. In your message, please include the order number and the details used for the purchase.
2. Secure the product for shipping — together with the complete set of documents (stone certificates, warranty card, proof of purchase) and the original packaging.
3. Send the product back promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of your withdrawal statement, to the address:

4. We recommend insured shipping with proof of posting. The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.

3. Verification and inspection of returned items

Given the nature of the products we offer (jewelry made of precious metals, stones with gemmological certificates, luxury watches), every returned item is subjected, on receipt, to a detailed inspection carried out by our experts. The verification covers in particular:

• the authenticity of the product and stones, and consistency with the enclosed certificates,
• the condition of the product — signs of wear, damage, modifications,
• completeness — certificates, documentation, packaging and set components.

The inspection does not limit the right of withdrawal — it serves to confirm the identity and condition of the product before the refund is issued. The customer is liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from handling it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received, including the costs of delivering the product (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest one we offer), promptly — no later than 14 days from the day we receive the withdrawal statement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back or received proof of its return, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the same payment method the customer used, unless the customer has explicitly agreed to a different arrangement.

5. Exceptions — non-returnable products

Under applicable consumer law for custom-made goods (art. 38(3)), the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

• non-prefabricated products manufactured to the customer's specification or intended to meet their individualized needs — e.g. engraved, personalized jewelry made to individual order (including rings from the configurator and "made to order" products in a chosen size or with a chosen stone),
• products delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings) once the seal has been removed after delivery.

Where a product is subject to an exception, this is stated on the product page or communicated before the order is placed.

6. Complaints

Independently of the right of withdrawal, every product is covered by the seller's liability for lack of conformity with the contract for a period of 2 years from delivery. Complaints may be submitted to kontakt@mmgold.pl. We process them within 14 days. For details, please see our Store Terms.
